To help reduce the risk over Covid 19 Rhian’s Waggy Retreat is doing a “contactless” drop off and pick up routine.
Please ensure your pooch is on a lead on arrival. Rhianna will take the lead from you ensuring a safe distance apart. Hand sanitiser will be available and Rhianna will hand sanitise.
Please only bring food or medication necessary for your pooch. Rhianna will provide everything else including bedding.
I understand that the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period, during which carriers of the virus may show no symptoms and still be highly contagious. It is impossible to determine who has it and who does not.
If you currently experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 including; cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of smell or taste please ask someone else to drop off or collect your pooch and provide Rhianna with details.
If you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 please ask someone else to drop off or collect your pooch.

I also understand that I should contact Rhian’s Waggy Retreat should I feel unwell with COVID-19 symptoms for up to 14 days following my visit .
